October 2023 MV Golf Course Owl Boxes Cleaned!

MVSK worked with golf course employees Ritchie and Greg to clean 5 owl boxes along the perimeter of the golf course. Marin Audubon and Wildcare advised us that October is a good time to clean out the old nests to prepare for the new nesting season. Three of five boxes required cleaning. That's a good sign that the owl boxes are being well utilized.
